Payment Information
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon submission of booking forms. No booking will be confirmed without the deposit. The final balance will be invoiced in December 2010.For bookings made after 1 December 2010, the full amount is due at the time of submission of reservation.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to AAEM. For cancellations made before 17 December 2010, 30% of the total cost of each item will be retained; before 7 February 2011, 75% of the total cost of each item will be retained; from 7 February 2011, 100% of the total cost of each item will be retained.
