Payment Information

All registration fees for Pre-Congress courses, social events and the Congress will be handled by the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, or AAEM, the MEMC Secretariat in the United States. Registration fees paid by credit card will appear on credit card statements as a charge from American Academy of Emergency Medicine, or AAEM.

For US delegates: Credit card, bank wire transfers and checks will be processed in the US $ rate listed on the MEMC VI website.

For European delegates: Bank wire transfers and checks may be submitted using the listed Euro rate. Credit cards will be charged using the US $ rate and converted to Euros on your credit card statement by your credit card provider (when applicable).

The rates listed below in Euros are also listed on the MEMC VI website as an approximate US $ amount, based on the exchange rate posted at the beginning of each week. Please check the MEMC VI website for weekly updated exchange rates.

Cancellation policy: Written cancellations must be submitted no later than 30 July 2011. A 75 Euro administration fee will be applied. No cancellation requests will be accepted after the above mentioned deadline.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment and registration form, a confirmation letter will be sent to each participant.
