Sponsoring the Lunch Symposium:
- One
Symposium is possible for each of the 4 days.
- First
day: expect less attendance (Workshop day) (Sunday 14th)
- Predicted
Congress Attendance: 1,000-1,400 Delegates
- Lunch
cost per delegate to AAEM-EuSEM is estimated at 35 Euros + VAT
per delegate per day.
- We
should seek to have them cover the Cost of the Lunch + Speakers
+ [Cost of Conference Center, AV, staff time, operational expenses
(+ VAT) for the day (10,000 Euros)]
- We
would have to have a maximum allowed for each session and to limit
attendance in each room to 250 delegates. Pre-registration should
be required by congress delegates for the Lunch Symposia.

of speakers), the maximum registration allowed and the lunch
menu selected.
