Sponsoring Societies and Organizations
"Sponsoring
Societies and Organizations" provide substantial support to
the Congress.
This
includes:
- Distributing
the Congress announcements/brochures and call for abstracts to
their members and contacts by regular mail and by e-mail
- Establishing
reciprocal links between their organization's website and the
Congress website, EuSEM and AAEM
- Promoting
or advertising the Congress in their newsletter and journal (when
applicable) for free.
In
return, our official sponsoring societies and organizations receive
a number of benefits for their members, which include:
- Providing
all their members a significant discount on the Congress registration
fees. Their members can register for the Congress and its workshops
at the same discounted registration rate than EuSEM and AAEM members.
- Assigning
official representation to participate in Congress, as invited
speakers to present an overview of the state of Emergency Medicine
(EM) in their Country or to present the issues confronting their
organization. Sponsoring EM Societies can set-up a 30-60 minute
session on the topic of EM and EM development in their country
or region and can select their own speaker(s).
- Sponsoring
organizations are welcomed to officially provide suggestions for
the program and the Scientific and Executive Committees. The Congress
will make a firm attempt to involve individuals recommend by the
sponsoring organization in the program as speakers, track directors
and moderators.
- Once
an agreement is in place, their official role as a "Sponsoring
Societies or Organizations" will be promptly acknowledged
on all our subsequent announcements, brochures, and syllabus.
- In
addition, the organization would be promptly added to the list
of official sponsors on the congress website (www.emcongress.org).
A website link would also be provided to the website of the sponsoring
organization.
- Sponsoring
organizations and societies do not carry any of the financial
risk or liability for this Congress.
