Rules for sponsoring societies
A sponsoring society or organization is expected to promote the Mediterranean congress as follows:

Distribute the first and second announcements to your members and contacts by regular mail.
- Forward email messages that we will provide you, including First Announcement, Call for Abstracts, Second Announcement, and Updates, to all your members and contacts.

Place a visible link to www.emcongress.org on the homepage of your website, along with a statement which publicizes your leadership role as a Hosting Society.

Advertise the Third MEMC free of charge at least three times in your organization’s newsletter or journal over the next 6 to 8 months
In return, our official sponsoring societies and organizations receive a number of benefits for their members, which include:

The assignment of one official representative to serve as a member of the Third MEMC Advisory Board to assist in the planning of the Congress.

A 30-minute session in an English language track, dedicated to the societies in Emergency Medicine to present an overview of the state of Emergency Medicine in each country or address issues relevant to each organization.
- The member of the Advisory Board will be asked to provide input and suggestions for the entire program and its activities.

The acknowledgment of the Sponsoring Society on the MEMC website with logo displayement and the link to the official society website.

A discounted congress fee as EuSEM and AAEM members. If there is the request status as a “Developing Nation,” the registration fee will be further reduced, and will include free registration to one of our pre-congress workshops to be designated at a later time.
